Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, taking the assessment, or using the StagMD platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Informed Consent. If you do not agree, do not use StagMD.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States located in a state where the service is offered, and able to form a binding contract. Treatment is available only where an appropriate licensed clinician can lawfully provide care.

03What StagMD is — and is not

StagMD is a technology platform that connects you with independent, US-licensed clinicians and licensed pharmacies. StagMD is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or pharmacy, and does not practice medicine or dispense medication. Clinicians and pharmacies are independent and solely responsible for the care and products they provide. Using StagMD does not create a provider-patient relationship with StagMD itself.

04No medical advice

Content on the StagMD website and app is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed clinician can determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read on StagMD.

05Your account

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep it current, and you are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Providing inaccurate health information may lead to unsafe or ineffective care and may result in refusal of service.

06Prescriptions & clinical discretion

Whether to issue a prescription, and the specific treatment and dose, are decisions made solely by the independent clinician based on your information and their professional judgment. There is no guarantee that you will be prescribed any treatment. If a clinician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, the authorization hold on your card is released and you are never charged. You do not need to request it.

07Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Treatment plans are offered on an auto-renewing subscription. Three plan sizes are offered. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the five-vial plan is $119 and renews at $119 every 4 weeks until you cancel. The ten-vial plan is $179 and renews at $179 every 4 weeks until you cancel. The thirty-vial plan is $449 and renews at $449 every 12 weeks until you cancel. New patients pay an introductory price for their first billing cycle only: $84 for the five-vial plan, $125 for the ten-vial plan or $314 for the thirty-vial plan. Every later billing cycle is charged at the plan price above. Plan size is confirmed with you before any payment is taken, and the plan size you enrol in cannot be changed at renewal without a new consultation. All prices are plus sales tax where applicable, charged to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee. To stop the next charge, send the request at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Cancel at stagmd.com/cancel — the page opens a pre-filled email; send it from the address on your order and we cancel it for you. No password and no phone call. You can also email info@stagmd.com directly with the subject “Cancel my subscription”. Every cancellation is confirmed to you by email. If your patient portal directs you to a support address on another domain and no confirmation reaches you from us, forward that same email to info@stagmd.com; we date your cancellation from when you first sent it, not from when you forwarded it.

When you are charged. Your card is authorized when you place the order — an authorization hold, not a charge. You are charged only after a clinician approves you. If a clinician does not approve you, the authorization hold is released, you are never charged and nothing ships.

08Payments & refunds

Payments are handled by a third-party processor; by providing a payment method you authorize the applicable charges. If a clinician does not approve you, the authorization hold on your card is released, you are never charged, and nothing ships. Because prescription products are personalized and dispensed for individual use, they are otherwise not returnable, and any further refund eligibility is described at the point of sale and subject to applicable law.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by providing false information, impersonating another person, attempting to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself, reselling or diverting medication, or interfering with the security or operation of the service.

10Intellectual property

The StagMD name, logo, content, and software are owned by StagMD or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. Product names such as Viagra®, Cialis®, and Levitra® are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only.

11Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StagMD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of the independent clinicians or pharmacies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13Dispute resolution & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state designated by StagMD at launch, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved as set out in this section, which may include binding individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions where permitted by law.

15Pharmacy partners

Prescriptions written by the independent clinicians are filled by licensed US pharmacies. Stag Quattro™ is dispensed by Foothills Compounding Pharmacy. The wider partner network below is listed because availability can vary by state and by the medication prescribed; if that ever changes for your prescription, the dispensing pharmacy is named on your medication label and on your order record.
