02What we actually do
StagMD is a telehealth technology platform. We are not a pharmacy and not a medical practice. We do not employ clinicians, we do not compound or dispense medication, and we do not decide whether you are prescribed anything.
What we do is run this website, take your order, and connect you to the people who do the rest.
03Who does what
- StagMD (ECOM84 LLC) — this website, customer support, and the commercial relationship with you.
- Rimo Health — hosts the medical intake at care.stagmd.com and coordinates the clinician network and pharmacy fulfilment.
- Dr Telx LLC and its affiliated medical practices — TXMD of California, P.C., TXMD of Kansas, P.C., TXMD of Texas, P.C. and Digital Medical Care, P.C. — the provider network the clinicians work through. Reach them at support@drtelx.com or 1-855-697-5757.
- Independent, US-licensed clinicians — review your intake and decide whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. Their judgement is their own; we cannot overrule it and we do not pay them per prescription.
- Licensed US pharmacies — compound and dispense any medication you are prescribed, and are responsible for the product itself.
Because we are not the compounder, we cannot make claims about how the medication is made. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and some active ingredients may be prescribed off-label.
