Our telehealth services are available to patients located in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. All consultations are conducted by licensed U.S. healthcare providers, and all prescriptions are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Treatment is only provided where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable state and federal law. Availability of specific medications may vary by state based on state regulations and provider licensure.
Your state is determined by the shipping address you provide at checkout. That address decides which clinician can treat you, because the clinician must be licensed in that state and the pharmacy must be authorized to dispense into it. Give the address where you will actually receive the medication. If the clinician network cannot prescribe into that state, you will be told during the intake and you will not be charged.
