Do not use if
  • You take nitrates in any form (e.g., nitroglycerin for chest pain) or riociguat — combined with ED medication they can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Recreational “poppers” are nitrates.
  • You have significant or unstable heart disease, or a clinician has told you sexual activity is unsafe for you.
  • You are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Tell your clinician about
  • Alpha-blockers (e.g., tamsulosin, silodosin) and any blood-pressure medication.
  • Liver or kidney disease; eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa or prior sudden vision loss.
  • A history of priapism, sickle cell disease, or blood cancers.
  • Medicines like ketoconazole or ritonavir — they raise the level of ED medication in your body.

Stop and seek emergency care
  • An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) — untreated, it can cause permanent damage.
  • Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, or sudden hearing decrease or ringing.
  • Chest pain, dizziness, or nausea during sex.

Common side effects
  • Headache, flushing, stuffy nose, indigestion, back or muscle ache, dizziness.
  • The apomorphine component can cause nausea, yawning, or drowsiness — avoid alcohol around your dose.
  • Vardenafil can affect heart rhythm (the QT interval) — tell your clinician about any heart-rhythm condition or medicines that affect it.
FAQ

Answered.

I tried sildenafil already and it barely worked. Why would this be different?

Because one pill only ever worked one part of it. Stag Quattro is four ingredients in one dose — three on blood flow, one on the brain — prescribed only when a clinician decides it is appropriate for you. A different mix, not a guarantee.

How is this different from Hims, Ro or BlueChew?

Those services largely prescribe one generic ingredient. Stag Quattro is a compounded four-ingredient formula, prescribed off-label where clinically appropriate. If a single ingredient suits you better, a good clinician should say so.

The intake says “Quattro” — is that the same thing?

Yes. Quattro is the compounding name. Stag Quattro™ is ours. A pharmacy label carries the medication name, not a brand name — so Quattro is what you see on the intake and the vial.

What are the risks of mixing these ingredients?

That is what the clinician review is for. Your medications and conditions are screened first — do not mix ED medicine with nitrates, and tell your clinician about all blood-pressure medication. If it is not appropriate for you, it will not be prescribed.

What if I don’t qualify?

The hold on your card is released and you are never charged. The clinician tells you why, and where reasonable points you elsewhere.

How does billing and canceling work?

Three sizes: $119 every 4 weeks for 5 packs, $179 every 4 weeks for 10, or $449 every 12 weeks for 30 — clinician review and shipping included. New patients pay about 30% less for their first billing cycle ($84, $125 or $314); after that it renews at the standard price shown. Your card is authorized when you order, not charged. If a clinician does not approve you the hold is released. Pausing or canceling stops future charges at the end of the current period.

How fast does it work, and how long does it last?

It goes under the tongue rather than the stomach, so food matters less than with tablets. The fast ones work with a long one — so it lasts, not just one moment. Individual response varies; your clinician talks it through with you.

What if it isn’t right for me once I start?

Message your care team: the plan can be adjusted, or you can stop. Personalized prescriptions are dispensed individually and generally cannot be returned — which is why the clinician reviews before anything ships.

Do you treat premature ejaculation too?

Not today — StagMD treats erectile dysfunction only. If premature ejaculation is your main concern, tell the clinician. They can point you elsewhere.

What are the common side effects?

Common effects can include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and indigestion. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or sudden vision or hearing changes.

Is Stag Quattro a real prescription?

Yes — prescription-only. A US-licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides whether it is appropriate for you. If not, the hold on your card is released and you are never charged.

Is there an age limit?

18 or older, in a US state where we operate. No upper cut-off — age is something the clinician weighs, not an automatic gate.

In most states, no — the visit is written. In 7 jurisdictions — DC, KS, LA, MS, NM, RI and WV — state rules require a brief live consultation before treatment. You will see this during the intake if it applies to your state.

How long until it actually arrives?
